Prevent Overdose – TOGETHER WE CAN

San Juan County Partnership is dedicated to reducing harmful consequences of opioid misuse and the use of multiple substances which increases the risk of overdose.

SJCP works with community partners across New Mexico to support the reduction of harms. Strategies include: providing education and resources, and increasing access to non-stigmatizing services.
